little mermaid gone bad

i'm going to submit this to a guy who's compiling a book of local artists. it's my first art submission to anything since i was 11 and i won a thrifty foods colouring contest. kirsten at 16 1/2 is going to help me clean it up on photoshop. gawsh, i hope they like it!
